The Title tool featured in this tutorial is now the Legacy Titler, as of the Premiere Pro 2017.1 (11.1.0) release. Learn how to create title graphics in the new Essential Graphics panel. Start in the Titles workspace by selecting Titles at the top of the screen or choosing Window Workspaces.
